Thank you for the update, It's always nice to see.

I hope some issues we got will get a fix soon.

I still support the team despite the issues I got with my hmd.

VIVE's lack of communication on their own and rather quiet forum is just weird as best, and at worst shows utter contempt for their customers by just ignoring us. We know they post here, they know we know, it's ridiculous.

I have been a VIVE fan since day one, owning the original, 2 Pros; and wireless kit. I was looking forward to the Pro 2. Sadly it's just unusable as it is with the lines.

Yep,too bad valve doesnt have a 5k display hmd yet,they had this problem on index and fixed it in a week with a simple column correction,they answered instantly and started working on a fix as soon as people started to discuss it,this "support" forum is mostly this pixel inversion issue being discussed yet HTC keeps ignoring it,i will return my vp2 as soon as my return window closes,for 1300 euros to have this ridiculous problem is inadmissible,my 300$ quest 2 doesnt have it,if it bothers me soo much in porn and half life alyx imagine graphic designers and companies having to deal with this column inversion,sucks because the colors,fov and resolution were amazing till i got this issue,99% from the hmd firmware update.

Where are the release notes for the new beta? 2.0.17.6a was released and there are no notes on the VIVE Software release notes page and no updates here on the forum that reflect what was changed in this new version update.

There are serious performance issues that have cropped up since moving to this update, and I have no idea why and no idea what this update has changed.

Could you please provide some information as to what has changed with this new "a" version of the beta console so that we can have an idea as to what was updated and why performance is now affected all of a sudden?
