Maxime
Hello, After we received the HTC Vive Focus 3, we tried plugging it to a PC, and the device is written as "not specified" (not recognized), is there any solution to that problem ? I can't find a way to transfer files to the device as a consequence, so if you have a solution for the file transfer or the recognition, please let me know. Thanks. Can you screenshot the device manager and show me the error one for Focus 3, and share your motherboard model with me? Let me see where went wrong.
