Cannot Connect Vive Pro to PC

Hi all!

My friend gave me a Vive Pro to try out. When going through the set up it hangs ups on this page (attached). I've waited over an hour and nothing. I've tried different USB ports, restarting the computer, etc. Nothing seems to work. When I power on the link box there is the usb connection sound; twice. Could the link box be faulty? Additionally, I have attached my SteamVR System Report.

Thanks in advance! This is my first time ever using VR and I'd love to get it working.
