Moved out of my apartment. When i re-setup my vive, it stutters/freezes horribly. truly baffled by this.

I recently moved out of my old apartment and moved into a new place. before i took it down it ran smooth as butter. When i set my vive back up and tried playing some beat saber, it was stuttering horribly.  instead of minimizing the app like SteamVR usually does, the display would freeze in place. It's a full system freeze for just a few seconds, I am unable to move my mouse or do anything while it stutters. It happens pretty randomly but is very prone to happening when the boundary appears.

Ive checked that my hardware is still seated properly, and didn't get messed up in the move, ive ran stress tests/benchmarks on all the components, which run fine. Ive checked that drivers are up to date, and reinstalled the vives drivers/software + SteamVR, as well as the vives USB drivers. I'm very stumped, and googling these issues has not turned up a solution.


Specs:
Ryzen 5 3600 @ 4GHz

MSI B450 carbon gaming pro motherboard

Radeon RX 5700 XT

4x8Gb corsair RAM @ 3200MHz

 

I use the OG vive and wands, with no other accessories/peripherals.

 

I checked the logs, and this is all i found at the time of a particularly long freeze.
