Cosmos has a delay when displaying character joints

I created eight character joints in Unity, and there was a serious delay when I used cosmos to view it,

and there would be black obscuration around the field of view when the head turned.

I would like to ask if there are any error in my character node settings,

and how can I solve the delay in the field of view.
