Vive Cosmos Elite - Multiple Errors - At my wits end

Recently purchased a Vive Cosmos Elite used and when I got it and set it up, was working ok. Messed around for about 10 minutes, played Beat Saber, set it aside until the weekend to be able to play some more.

When I went to boot it up this past weekend, that's when my issues started. Would be in VR and then the screen would go black in the HMD, but tracking still worked. Would be come back briefly, then black out again. After a few times, I would get error 006 - DisplayPort unstable.

I tried two other display ports on my RTX 2070 Super and same issue. I tried resetting the link box, reinstalling my drivers, reinstalling Vive, reinstalling Steam VR. I even tried a full clean Windows 10 reinstall.

I tried reseating the cable on the HMD side and same issue. Briefly I would get error 201 or 222 or 200, but after unplugging link box and then plugging back in, I get picture again and the whole ordeal starts over. I just tried again in the middle of typing this and same thing happened. Now I am seeing error 201 and just exhausted at this point.

Do I need a replacement link box? HMD Cable? Not sure what to do other than request a refund on the headset and move on.
