Claireee96 Posted July 21, 2020 Share Posted July 21, 2020 cosmos headset is less than a week old and every time i play, the screen randomly goes completely black and the sound cuts out for like 5 seconds then comes back. this happens frequently and usually always comes back, every now and then it doesn't come back and i have to restart my computer and headset. any ideas what the go is? its all connected, no damage etc Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I'm no expert and you should probably just log a ticket with Vive support but what you can try is making sure that all the cables are seated firmly especially one connected to the headset and also make sure you PC doesn't have power saving on. Set it to full performance otherwise that can cause similar issues. But year just log a ticket anyway in case you have a faulty unit. Fink Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
