Viveport will not start

I am running fully patched Windows 10. Original retail Vive. It worked fine a few months ago. SteamVR games still work fine.

I uninstalled Steam and all of the Vive software. Reinstalled Steam, setup my room and tried reinstalling VivePort. When I try to run it the cursor shows busy for about 1 second and Vive.exe drops from the process list in Task Manager.

Is there somewhere to turn on crash logs or any logging at all? Kind of annoying paying for infinite when it won't even run.
