Vive cosmos purchase

I purchased the vive cosmos 28 January 2020 and was given a shipping tracking number, but when I clicked on the link the dpd carrier says parcel order has been received but no parcel has been supplied by Htc Vive therefore they have nothing to deliver. I have had a terrible time trying to use Hive support, which is very unresponsive and takes forever to get generic replies. All I want is my Cosmos. I received a refund yesterday!! I didn’t ask for one and don’t want one! Now support have told me to contact support??? My concern is now that I have been told to reorder I will not get the original price if £599. What am I do do?

Be happy it was cancelled. The current product is so broken, reason why they have just released the updated and improved Cosmos Elite. 

Come on company step up and do something for all the current broken Cosmos owners.
