Refusing return - cosmos

I've had the cosmos for less than 30 days and I was reaching out for a return but I was told they do not offer returns over 14 days.  Which is terrible because this headset is nothing like what they promised.  My older vive works fine and I expected issues with the cosmos at first but I am not happy with the headset itself, the tracking is terrible (as everyone knows), and it keeps saying I have low lighting issues.  I have to constantly uninstall and reinstall the software to get it to work for the night.  Totally bizarre.

 

What are my options?  Do I try and sell 3rd party or can I escalate this somehow?  Extremely disappointed.

I would contact Vive Support again and ask them to Escalate this.  If this does not get you anywhere maybe start a paypal dispute or with your CC.

Where are you based out of?  Our return period is 14 days of item receipt date.  Please send me a PM with your vive.com order number so I can look into this for you.
