No Vive Infinity code in cosmos box

pre ordered vive cosmos to get 12 months Viveport infinity but no code in the box. Now getting the run around. retailer says talk to  htc vive, vive say talk to retailer.

@KhantCaThing - I've generated a Viveport support ticket tied to the email address associated with your forum account. The code is on the large insert that's the first thing you see when you open the box; I've highlighted it's location in the image below.

my box is plain white. I've been running round in circles with your help desk. After sending them all the details. They sent a code that didn't work. Now I'm back to square one with them asking for the details again. I'm considering sending it back and getting a refund. I don't expect to pay so much and get messed around.

If I wasn't returning my Cosmos you could have had mine - I decided not to use it immediately in case Cosmos wasn't up to my expectations.

Sorry but it's kinda hard to believe you did not get this Blue coloured insert flap.  Maybe make sure your mom/wife/partner did not throw it out, lol!

yeh. lol. at first i was looking for a little white piece of paper. then someone told me it was a dark square sheet. When I saw it was supposed to be a large blue paper i was surprised. Anyway full  marks to Viveport for sorting it out.

I got the code, but its a code to get an email of another code and when they sent me the email the code was Unlock Code: was blank, Never 100% reliable i guess. waiting for response from support now.

I decided not to use it immediately in case Cosmos wasn't up to my expectations.

I didn't get the advertised free VivePort 6 months subscription with my Vive Pro Starter Kit either. It was on the advertiser's webpage but not on the VivePro's packaging - not indicated on the box nor available as a coupon code inside the box. However I did get a 2-month free VivePort subscription coupon which came with the Wireless Adapter.

Pro had the Viveport hardware bundle code on the bottom righthand corner of the giant getting started sheet that's the first thing you see when you open the box.
