bwwalk1970 Posted October 23, 2016 Share Posted October 23, 2016 I am a new VIVE user and am very frustrated. I have built a high end PC including an I7-6700K, 64GB RAM and a Nvidia 1080 and am getting terrible performance from the VIVE. I am seeing VERY high CPU rates and when I see those the headset cuts in and out. I have updated all Nvidia Drivers, WIndows Update, VIVE firmware on Headset, Controllers and base units and still havig the issue. Does anyone have recommendations on Nvidia, BIOS, CPU setting that might help? My VR test rates my machine at the highest levels so it doesnt make sense.
