judicael.poumay@gmail.com Posted November 23, 2018 Share Posted November 23, 2018 Hello, It's been a while now that my headset wasn't working, and while opening it I finally realised that the issue is that the usb port on the headset is broken as if i pushed on it too hard on it maybe. I would like to know what is the protocol for sending back a headset for repair and how much would it cost? I guess i lost warranty by opening the headset. Considering it's only a matter of desoldering the old usb port port and soldering a new one, I hope it would not be too costly.
