You must copy the Thirdparty WVR folder to the correct location in your Unreal Engine 4.20.2.
C:\ProgramsFiles\Epic Games\UE_4.20\Engine\Source\ThirdParty\

 

The WaveVR folder needs to be copied into your project (not Epic Games folders).
<Your Project Folder>\Plugins\

[NOTE]

For developer who use the patch: WaveSDK-UnrealPlugin-binary-1.0.zip,

Please copy plugin_binary/Binaries and plugin_binary/Plugins to your original plugin folder.

So it looks like as below:

        plugin/Binaries

        plugin/Plugins/WaveVR/Binaries

the WaveVR folder goes into the Plugin folder of your project not to the Engine!

 

Manually create a "Plugins" subfolder there if it does not already exist. After opening your project you need to enable the Plugin -> goto Edit -> Plugins -> search for and enabled the WaveVR plugin
