warducks Posted November 15, 2017 Share Posted November 15, 2017 Hi all, Sneaky Bears has been on the Viveport store for about a month now yet our sales report is still zero. Does this seem correct? We did have someone contact us about a question they had with the sound so I assume at least one person as downloaded this... Any ideas? A quick glance at your content page shows that it's a subscription title. Currently there is a delay between when a subscriber downloads the content and it shows up on the report . My understanding is that currently the subscriber needs to complete a cycle before it shows up on the report. Paid (purchase) downloads show up in real-time.
