When checking out, chose express shipping. In terms of strapping them to your wrist, there have been many different approaches from the community. They a standard ¼” screw nut so you can get pretty creative using 3D printing and other rapid prototyping processes but there are many different approaches that can be considered so I can't make a specific recommendation at this moment. I couldn't find the European store anywhere. And I didn't get any replies from the Vive support emails What's the best way to complain about this ?
