Can't access the app I paid for

Dear support

We just bought an app (theblu) through Viveport.

We had to uninstall and re install Vive.

 

After re install - the app asks that we pay for it again.

We are logged in when trying to access the app.

 

Please support.

 

Ticket id will be provided in private.
