Compositor layers causing crash on Focus 3 intermittently when enabled/disabled quickly

We're experiencing crashes intermittently when using compositor layers. This reproduces in Unity 2020.3.18f1, 2019.4.30f1, and 2019.3.6f1 with Wave XR plugin 4.1.1-r.3.1/4.1.1-r.3.2, and Universal Render Pipeline 10.6.0

I don't believe this is a memory leak as it can happen the first time a compositor layer is enabled/disabled quickly. The crash stacktraces look like this:

Still getting this after upgrading to Wave XR plugin 4.3.0-r.5 (still using Unity 2020.3.18f1 and URP 10.6.0). Test project with reproduction attached. WaveCompositorLayerCrash.zip
