Hey, my game Phasmophobia is releasing on the 18th and has just passed the review process for release however the build that I uploaded is now 2 weeks old due to the review time and contains several bugs that have already been fixed. I would like to know how I can upload a new build before release on the 18th? If it's not possible, how long would it take to upload an update build after release? It is a multiplayer game and I am also releasing on Steam so I have had to limit the current Viveport build so that Steam players cannot play with them until they are on the latest build. I have already replied to the email I got sent for completing the review process as well as emailing support but I'm really time constrained here. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
  3. I've updated my Vive base stations when I first got it, and it worked completely fine. Ever since that first update in August of last year, updates NEVER work. There's always a new problem, hardware failure blinking lights that gets fixed when I roll back to original updates, the base station completely not turning on, etc. The worst part is that whenever I roll back, the tracking is terrible, constant grey screening. I can't stand it anymore. Why is it that NEW firmware updates completely break the product? Shouldn't the product keep improving with updates? I didn't expect this company to be like Apple with the whole killing the battery thing. I shouldn't have to buy new 2.0 base stations just to get the same tracking that I had when I first bought my Vive. 500 dollars going to waste because updates prevent sensors from working, what a load of B.S. Has anyone else experienced this problem before? Please let me know your solutions and stories.
  4. Today, we've released a new ROM update version 3.07.623.3 for the Focus Plus. This update is available as a FOTA and you should receive a message in your device prompting you to make the update. It includes a medley of improvements, listed below. Here are the release notes: Add support for Wi-Fi 2.4GHz band. Add support for VIVEPORT Streaming. Add Wi-Fi setting and Cast function on the Power button menu when in Kiosk mode (to disable, go to More Settings > Kiosk mode). Enable/Disable “Lost tracking” warning in Developer options. Adjust the play area size (2x2m, 3x3m, or 4x4m) in Developer options. Show controller firmware version in Quick Settings > Controller. Add a 5GHz regulatory e-label for Japan in More Settings > About > Certification. Add Korean language support. Update WAVE SDK version to 3.1.7.
  5. Hi, We have quite a number of Vive Focus'es at the office. Some of them, let's call them group A, are at the following version: build 1.93.1400.2 system 5.0 waveSDK 3.0.2 Other devices, let's call them group B, are at: build 1.69.1405.6 system 5.2 waveSDK 2.1.8 The HMD's in group B all tell me 'no update available' if I try to update them through the menu. Is there a way to force an update on them, to bring them to 1.93 too? Or can they never get above 1.69? And I'm puzzled that the 'system version' is actually higher (5.2) in the 1.69 build than it is in the 1.93 build. Is there a logic to that? Thanks a bunch! Martijn @Tony PH Lin
  6. I am using an older version of unity and waveSDK. unity2017.4.1 waveSDK2.0.37 The old project file was converted to unity2018.4.11. I updated waveSDK2.0.37, but I get some errors. What is the simplest migration procedure? @Tony PH Lin
