  1. Disregard my previous message, I was able to find the SR_runtime. it was in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\VIVEDriver\App\SRanipal When I run the eye-calibration through this folder however, it fails saying this application has stopped runtime in an unusual way - please contact support.
  2. @jgbiosenseDid you figure this out? I am also having issues with installing Sranipal's latest installer and then when I tried an older version, it installed but I am getting initialization error
  3. @C.T.Thanks for the response, however I am using the Vive Pro eye for collecting eye-data which needs the SR_Runtime. When I go to steam for the vive console, it says I already have it in my steam library but I still dont see SR_runtime. Apologies if I am missing something in plain sight but this is my first time working with a VR headset and eye-tracking data
  4. @C.T.I was unable to install the latest version in the first place without needing to uninstall it. Can you provide some suggestions?
  5. Hello Everyone, I recently got the Vive Pro eye and downloaded all that is required including VIVE_SRanipalInstaller_1.3.2.0 - However, this does not seem to be working. Every time I run the installer, it gives me the following error "Error 1001 An exception occured in the OnAfterInstall event handler of system. ServiceProcess ServiceInstaller --> Cannot start service SRanipalService on computer '' --> The system cannot find the file specified Any help would be appreciated, I am trying to collect data for my dissertation and I hope to get this runnning asap Thanks, Karan.
  6. @CorvusFor me it is specifically the VIVE_SRanipalInstaller_1.3.2.0 that is not working. Every time I run the installer, it gives me the following error "Error 1001 An exception occured in the OnAfterInstall event handler of system. ServiceProcess ServiceInstaller --> Cannot start service SRanipalService on computer '' --> The system cannot find the file specified
