  1. Hi , If you ordered it on Friday, it will probably be processed here pretty quick. Ordering on Fridys usually ends up starting on Monday. From there, your shipping time starts.   2. Hi , It sounds like the basestations might be going into sleep mode. Have you tried changing the channels on the basestations? Recently, I came across this as well. Changed the channels from b+c to a+b and then back to b+c and it worked again. I ran this buy and it is a good place to start to see if it breaks the sleep cycle. Also, make sure you are updated. Let us know what happens and we can go from there.
  3. Hi , We appreciate your feedback. When it comes to titles, enjoyment and mileage does vary. As you mentioned, there are great titles in both Subscription and otherwise within Viveport. It really does depend on what you enjoy and would like to experience. As for Viveport Subscription having a 5 title a month limit, this will be changing VERY soon. On April 2nd in fact. Our Viveport subscription is changing to Viveport Infinity. The 5 title a month limit will be gone and you will be able to check out as many titles as you would like. No need to go through reselection or anything. I encourage you to check this out when it releases. Also, we are giving away a free month just for taking our 10 second survey.   12. Hi , 2.5 hours for the battery is a safe bet to go with. As for controllers, 8 hours is about right. It may vary depending on overall use.

  14. Hi , I'm having a difficulty undertanding what you are asking here. In the Viveport library for this particular title, there is only the full game of ZR: Zombie Riot. The gameplay is a stationary wave shooter so you don't actually walk anywhere. This is illustrated in the trailer for the game below. I hope this helps.
  15. For a Fault 03, the ONLY was to fix it is to set up an RMA for the device. There is no customer fix available for this error.
  16. Hi, unfortunately this is a limitation for our forum platform. I’ve personally checked and made sure this information is correct. The maximum time set for inactivity is 200 minutes. It can’t be changed.

  18. It isn't recommended to use work arounds for Laptop/Wireless Adapter. We can't say for sure if it will work and wouldn't want you to risk spending the money on something that might not work.
  19. Yup! has it right. Proper HMD adjustment and development of your "VR Legs" will have you up and running with far less chance of motion sickness.
