@shinkaze Out of curiosity, why is USB2.0 support your limitation? You need a rather modern PC to remotely handle the resolution of Focus 3 and the odds of that motherboard having USB3.x  is overwhelmingly in your favor. Also, there's WiFi streaming as an alternative.

The only situation in which it would likely make sense are in Laptops, and even then - you'd be pretty hard pressed to find a modern laptop without USB3.x.

    ??? Uhm, I don't have USB 2.0?
This is a brand new 3080 RAZER 14 laptop with

    • 2 x USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A Ports
    • 2 x USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C with Power Delivery and Display Port 1.4

The Wifi streaming is unusable, but that might be our studio wifi.

  2. I have tried the other ports and other cables to no avail.

The laptop is a Razer 14

    • NVIDIA® GeForce RTX™ 3080 (8GB VRAM)
    • 1TB SSD (M.2 NVMe PCIe 3.0 x4)
    • 16GB DDR4-3200MHz (Fixed Onboard)

  3. I have followed the instructions out lined on the Vive Business Streaming Site and my headset is not allowing streaming over a USB cable.

My USB iconon my PC is grayed out (as described here: https://business.vive.com/us/support/vbs/category_howto/starting-a-usb-streaming-session.html )

Looking in headset, when I plug the USB cable in, an alert pops up that says

    "Choose USB Mode

[vive connect icon] Vive Business Streaming

[no entry icon] Take no Action"

Only the "Take no action" item is selectable.

I am using an Oculus USB Link Cable (USB 3): https://www.amazon.com/Oculus-Virtual-Reality-Headset-Cable-Gaming/dp/B081SHD773

    Please advise.
