I have a feeling it started after the new firmware..I am on the fence returning the vive pro 2

i have a feeling they dont care,i did a support request true vive console.. But still nothing from their side.

Hello there,is there a way to go back to the old firmware?It wasnt there before..

More and more people see now those scanlines or pixelgrid when moving your head..Or is it a harware fault?

I have this too,and more and more people.. its very distracting.. And the image of the vive pro 2 looks because off that much lower in resolution..

I hope they can fix this

I put the steam sometimes on 80% or 100%.But it looks always the same..it looks like somekind off pixel grid..

The guy on reddit has the same problem.. When your head is still you dont see it..

This is what they say everytime: Regarding your inquiry, we are still waiting for updates and we have also  raised a reminder to our escalation team so once they reply back to us, we will send it to you immediately. 

But they got prove from my bank account etc that its payed etc..

Its almost two weeks and i still dont got my money back,also the preorder is almost ended so i dont be in time again to preorder it again if my money isnt back on my account..

The payment was done with ideal,my bank says there is nothing wrong with my payment..
