Hi Team,
Did anyone faced the following issue:
1. Calibration works fine, where i can highlight the dots.
2. Once this step completed, the eye -tracker always is IDLE.
3. Python SDK does not see the eye tracker at all. Only restart of SR tool helps to finally detect the eye tracker as the hardware. However, the eye-gaze data still not captured by SDK.
4. I am running everything under the ADMIN, thus, removed all related issues to the permissions.
Already invested 4 days into this hardware, but it still does not work. Quite disappointing since for the moment just a waste of time...
