Yes I got it working. I was able to go into my Graphics Settings for windows and force Vive Console exe to use the RTX. I sent a Ticket but it did not send my logs so I am still not sure what was wrong.

They are 100% plugged into the same GPU. I have submitted a ticket Thanks C.T. I was confused on the logs uploading but then it did that auto so my last line on my report makes no sense oops lol.

Hello I heed some help. While installing the Vive console it only detects my motherboard GPU (Intel(R) HD Graphics 4600), I have an RTX 3060 so I'm not sure why it's not detecting it as my pc as a whole shows it. The performance test for SteamVR shows the RTX as well. If anyone can point me in the right direction I'd be grateful. Thanks.
