I FOUND THE SOLUTION alright, so i found the solution to this problem, it is the cable that connects to the headset, after a while these can break. The signs of a cable breaking is the left headphone failing and then the mic, the headset will still work with these problems but eventually you will start to see pixels changing color randomly and then the headset will disconnect.

My htc vive pro has been having troubles at times with the screen disconnecting even though on steamvr monitor everything is tracking perfectly. The audio in the left headphone is also not working. I have no idea what the problem is because it works perfectly at times. HELP!
