Good day everyone, Can anyone tell me if the 99HANN033-00 kit is compatible with the original Vive? Does it include the short 3in1 cable? Some websites says it is for Vive and Vive Pro, others say it is for the Vive Pro and Vive Cosmos. I don't want to buy that kit, and then realise I still need to spend extra on the cables to connect it to my Vive. I have to already spend extra for the battery as that kit in South Africa doesn't include a battery. Thank you, Errol

Hi VibrantNebula, I have not yet bought a kit, due to the battery issue. I don't know if it is the HTC Supplier in SA, or lithium battery shipping issues, but all the retailers has a line similar to this in the Wireless Kit description: "Requires HTC - VIVE Wireless Adapter 10050 mAh Battery Bank/Pack 99H20363-00 also Requires available PCIe slot." Or: "Please be advised – The Vive Wireless adapter 99HANN033-00 does not ship with the battery." Or: "HTC VIVE Wireless Adapter (For HTC Vive and HTC Vive Pro) - battery not included (requires 99HAMR002-00)" I'll see if I can source a suitable battery before I buy the wireless kit. Yeah, thanks HTC. In South Africa the wireless kit comes without battery, AND THE BATTERIES ARE NOT AVAILABLE AT ANY OF THE WIRELESS KIT SUPPLIERS!!! REALLY? "We won't supply you with a battery, oh, and by the way, please also don't use a third-party battery"
