  1. Hello, I am trying to install VIVE Pro setup and when it tries to install VIVEPORT it throws an error that says: "VIVE Software can't be installed". And then I have two buttons: "Exit installation" or "Try again". Same error happens when I try to install VIVEPORT through the VIVEPORT setup. I checked my internet connection and it is stable at 100mb.
  2. Hello, I am using SRanipal v1.3.3.0 in Unity with Tobii XRSDK to get info about some entities that users look at. My problem is that when users turn their head around, entities that are in their gaze direction are not registered unless they keep the gaze for a while (it's like latency). How can I solve this? Could be a Tobii XRSDK problem? Thanks.
  3. I cant find SetEyeParameter() in SDK v1.3.3.0. I tried SRanipal_Eye.SetEyeParemeter() but the function is not there. How can I modify eye paremeters?
  4. Hello, I am using HTC VIVE PRO EYE and I am trying to get when the users look at the ground in my game so, I added a script to my terrain with the IGazeFocusable but it never detects the focus. The terrain has a Terrain Collider so I suppose that maybe the gaze ray is not hitting with terrain colliders. Any help? Thank!

  7. Hello, I am trying to use the HTC Vive Pro in Unity with Tobii and I am getting this error: "Assets\TobiiXR\External\Providers\Vive\ViveProvider.cs(8,7): error CS0246: The type or namespace name 'ViveSR' could not be found (are you missing a using directive or an assembly reference?)" when I enable the "Support Vive Pro Eye" in the "Standalone Player Settings" section. I am using Unity 2019.4.7f1 but I have also tried in newer versions of Unity and I still have the same error. I have redone all the installation steps just in case something went wrong but Eye Tracking is working well as I could calibrate it in the Steam VR Home. Someone knows what could be happening? Thanks!
