    Found it. You need SteamVR Beta, and also find this menu inside of VR.

    @stvnxu, where is this location in steam exactly, I cannot find "Devices". I assume the Dashboard is anything on the right pane. I am very interested in community bindings but cannot find this within steam. help! SteamVR > Dashboard > Devices > Controller Settings > "Content" > Community Bindings.
