Thanks VibrantNebula for the info. just to let everyone else know there is a few options if u have this issue either contact support via email or click on the have a question button and select invalid code on the redemption page.

I also have this issue clicked the 6mth option and now says my code has been redeemed could you please point me in the right direction to get this solved thanks.
