  1. I purchased the vive cosmos 28 January 2020 and was given a shipping tracking number, but when I clicked on the link the dpd carrier says parcel order has been received but no parcel has been supplied by Htc Vive therefore they have nothing to deliver. I have had a terrible time trying to use Hive support, which is very unresponsive and takes forever to get generic replies. All I want is my Cosmos. I received a refund yesterday!! I didn’t ask for one and don’t want one! Now support have told me to contact support??? My concern is now that I have been told to reorder I will not get the original price if £599. What am I do do?
