  1. Will support for this game be coming to Cosmos? Thank you!
  2. that must be incredible tracking you enjoy with your original Vive! I mean when I boot up a game and aim my shot theres no latency and it hits the target (provided Ive aimed well enough). My controller is tracked perfectly (provided I don't place it behind my head which one almost never does) and my movements are in sync with what I see on the screen(s). I don't know how the experience could be better save for the "behind the head" scenario I mentioned already being improved somehow.I assume lighthouse would provide for that.
  3. Just use rechargeable, works like a dream...
  4. No I apologize, I was just frustrated but should not have taken it out publicly like that or to that extent. You guys have an awesome product that I thoroughly enjoy using and thank you for continuing to make it better! JP
  5. well today was not good. After several weeks with my Cosmos I thought we were getting to know each other pretty well. Playing games, watching films, loving it. Today I get home from work and I've got about an hour free time before I better start getting ready to hit the sack. I spent TWO hours trying to get myself out of the virtual ground. I'm saying my perspective on all apps was from the floor. No problem I thought, Ill just run room setup again.... I select it from the Vive Console,we go through the steps but every time when it gets to "Its time to put on your headset " ( I swear just saying it now makes me angry) it would just hang. I expected the bit where you teach it where the floor is and then draw your boundaries....no, nothing, time after time after time. Funny thing though I noticed the Steam VR window HAD THE TUTORIAL I WAS EXPECTING SHOWING ON THE SCREEN AS IF I WAS WATCHING THOUGH MY HEADSET....but on my headset was just the real world view. That brings up another frustration. It sure makes it convoluted as F*^* to have to deal with 2 apps all the time with 2 sets of settings always starting together and exiting together but not really working together... I'm sorry folks, I'm angry, I'm very sleepy by now but I wanted to be sure I let someone know what a shit show I experienced on a system that should have already known what to do.I changed nothing externally,I did of course update the software.... I considered perhaps its my fault for using the BETA versions but I didn't want to not get the latest tracking updates you folks have been working on. Sorry again, JP
  6. Hello, Thank you for creating such a great new device that has many benefits over past devices on the market,I've been waiting :) Anyway I'm not a complainer I know how hard it must be to do what you guys do, but I do want to say tracking in games where your hands and arms must move with dexterity is somewhat awful. Countless times I find myself looking at one or both virtual hands twisted in unnatural positions, frozen at my last input spot or still functioning, however now 2 or 3 feet further from my body then they began. I've tried to be mindful of placing the controller behind me ( we know it doesn't like that) and I've got decent light, not TONS of light (I plan to hang some clip-ons to help out) and I never use batteries past 40% checked on multi meter. I know its early days , I just wanted to provide the best feedback I could so that you people can continue to do the killer job you've done so far by focusing on the areas effecting your users. Thanks again JP
