I am having this EXACT issue. Every three seconds the screen pulses. Many times the whole screen goes pixilated for about 5 seconds and it drives me insane. Why is this product so difficult to get working correctly? I have been working on this issue on and off for months. Getting the 2080 helped slightly but the issues still remain. The tracking is perfectly fine but the pixilation and stuttering is unacceptable. AMD FX-8350 RTX 2080 Black 32GB DDR3 @jagibson @Synthesis
