can you try using VBS to connect with the XRElite to see if it's better?

Try modify your 6GHz Wifi to 80hz instead of auto mode. Also may need you to share your PC Spec for reference. Thanks

Enable kiosk mode on the headset with VBS selected. Then set the VBSIpSetting.exe tool located in the installed folder of VBS/RRTools/ to set the auto connect server.

Try enabling the compatibility mode in the settings. There are some USB compatibility issues that require this setting to be enabled in order to work.

Can you elaborate more on why the 6GHz is not working on U6E?

It is still under verification. We will release it as soon as it passes. It works now with latest firmware update on XRE.

Are you trying to use the pogo pins on XRE with Ultimate tracker and streaming back to PC?

The new engine will be able to support VIVE Ultimate Tracker usage.
