Hi! Same computer, same problem, since once year ago or more. Hours and hours with Alienware, Nvidia and no solution. Steam never even answered my questions. Only way to make it work sometimes is uninstalling Intel graphics card, restart and it works until I restart. Sometimes it takes 30 restarts until it works for me. Any solution on your side? Thanks!
