I remember a picture posted by @VibrantNebula but it is no longer showing up when I view this page. Is there a more permanent location in the documentation where this diagram is hosted? @Cory_HTC @Daniel_Y

I had a similar problem, and only could fix it by launching sr_runtime as an administrator. Tried this as a last resort after reading another post in this forum. Previously had been trying to run the SRanipal_Update_Service.exe with no success, unlike others I was not prompted to enter administrator credentials while running the updater.
