Well, you develop HTC Vive and what this person is asking is for an HTC Vive that can be used without Steam. Is it possible or the only way is to run this connection to Steam, at least once? Because I was intending to use it also for educational or training purposes at colleges, offices or plants and will face the same problem: no secure connection to Steam. Vive does not have an alternative to Steam VR in such cases??
